Operations Director of Nserv Ltd. With 20 years working experience within the construction industry working for previous FM and Labour management companies.

SHANNON CALDER

Accounting Manager

Shannon began her journey at Nserv as a Certification & Compliance Clerk and quickly demonstrated her skills and dedication, earning a promotion to the Accounts Department. Over time, her expertise in various accounts roles led to her advancement to Accounting Manager. Shannon is now proudly certified with a Level 3 AAT Advanced Diploma, further strengthening her professional capabilities. Her experience, knowledge, and problem-solving skills are essential to the smooth operation and success of our business.

KELLY HART

Office Manager

Kelly has vast experience within an office environment for over 20 years. She has worked for different business sectors over the years which has developed her knowledge and understanding of not only the office environment but also customer service and product knowledge.

JULIE McQUADE

Payroll Manager

Julie brings over 30 years of experience in accounting, with a strong focus on payroll management. She is skilled in processing payroll, ensuring tax compliance, and managing benefits administration. With expertise in Sage Accounting & Payroll systems, Julie consistently ensures that payroll runs smoothly without errors, known for her attention to detail and ability to handle complex payroll tasks efficiently. Throughout her career, Julie has demonstrated a commitment to fostering a positive working relationship with both employees and management, always maintaining confidentiality and integrity.  Her proactive approach makes her a highly valued asset to our Company.

NICK CHOATE

Operations Manager

Nick is an Operations Manager overseeing the Planned & Reactive maintenance for the business where he oversees over 2,000 jobs delivered for a variety of clients each month. Nick has over 15+ years experience within the FM sector having progressed from a qualified Electrician and G3 unvented plumber.

PETE MURRAY

Electrical Maintenance Manager

Nserv’s longest serving Electrician, Pete was the only Electrician when the company first established. Pete has progressed his career successfully now heads up Nserv’s electrical department and is the acting NICEIC Supervisor for the company.

SCOTT POWDERLEY

Senior Key Account Manager

Scott, a Senior Key Account Manager at Nserv, has 18+ years in construction and facilities management and a first-class degree in Quantity Surveying. He excels in cost management, project planning, and contract negotiation, driving growth and client success. Leading key accounts and the management team, he ensures seamless service delivery. A strong communicator, he builds lasting relationships, fosters repeat business, and resolves challenges. His leadership in strategic account management and operational excellence strengthens Nserv’s reputation and service standards.

ADAM FRANCIS

Project Manager

Adam has over 14 years experience in the construction industry, previously working as a Senior Contracts Manager working on construction projects throughout London and the South-East delivering projects up to £1.5m. Adam now heads up the Nserv Project Delivery Team.

ALFIE DALE

Project Coordinator

Alfie works within the Project Delivery team as a Project Coordinator. Having successfully passed his University Degree with Honours Alfie progressed to site based work to bolster his on-site experience. Alfie now works within the project team where his excellent analytical and man management skills ensure he plays a vital role within the business.

PATRICK BROTHERS

Key Account Manager

Patrick brings a wealth of experience to the team having worked in FM and for Electrical contractors in his previous roles over the last 12 years. Patrick heads up Nserv’s Reactive and PPM delivery for one of our main Key Clients and is employed by the company as Account Manager.

GRANT NICHOLLS

Maintenance Manager

Grant is a Maintenance Manager and is responsible for managing reactive and planned maintenance tasks on behalf of our clients. Grant has over 15 years’ experience in operations and has developed his skill set previously working in Finance, Operation, Logistics and Customer Service positions.

MATTHEW PATEL

Maintenance Manager

Matt is one of the Planned Maintenance Managers at Nesrv. He has 20 years of experience in operations, service and maintenance. Matt is passionate about supporting our engineers to deliver an excellent service to all our clients.

ALEX PLAMPTON

Maintenance Manager

Alex is responsible for producing multiple quotations and successfully overseeing the completion of over 100 projects throughout the country during the last year. Alex has over 10 years’ experience in designing and project management around London, Essex, and Suffolk, in both domestic and commercial properties.

WILLIAM NORTON

Maintenance Manager

William has nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry, beginning his career as an apprentice electrician. He now conducts site audits on completed tasks to ensure they meet high standards and compliance requirements. He also liaises with clients to confirm their satisfaction with the service provided. In addition, William holds face-to-face meetings with engineers to discuss ongoing work, provide updates, and address any queries they may have, reporting relevant feedback to the appropriate departments. He also conducts audits on engineers’ vans and equipment to ensure they are well-maintained and meet company standards.

DAISY RICHARDSON

Senior Planner

Daisy is responsible for planning all emergency, reactive and quoted plumbing and fabric jobs where she schedules over 1000+ jobs per month. Daisy’s superb organisations skills plays a vital part in ensuring our clients remain open and trading. Daisy has over 7 years experience in Facilities Maintenance & Scheduling.

VICKY MANNING

Senior Planner

Vicky is an operations planner at Nserv and is responsible for arranging planned maintenance for all of our clients. She has over 20 years experience in residential and commercial planning.

SARAH HODGES

Key Account Administrator

Sarah is a Key Account Administrator and is responsible for providing general support to the delivery team including vital updates, all necessary job flow administration and managing the costs for works carried out on site, including labour and materials. Sarah has been a member of the team since August 2020 and has over 30+ years’ experience working in admin, accounts, planning and H&S.

VICKY HARRISON

Key Account Administrator

Vicky is a highly skilled Key Account Administrator, responsible for managing a range of administrative tasks to support our clients effectively. Her role includes costing, ordering materials, updating client portals, and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently within set timeframes. She plays a crucial role in maintaining seamless communication between clients and internal teams, helping to streamline operations and enhance service delivery. With over 18 years of experience in administration, planning, and accounts, Vicky has developed a deep understanding of the compliance and construction industry. Her expertise enables her to efficiently manage workflows, oversee financial processes, and ensure that client requirements are met to the highest standards. Her attention to detail and proactive approach make her an invaluable part of our team, contributing to the successful execution of projects and ongoing client satisfaction.

ZOE JONES

Key Account Administrator

Zoe is a Key Account Administrator, dedicated to managing administrative tasks for one of Nserv’s main key clients. She plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of services, handling compliance processes, costing for works carried out on-site, and maintaining accurate records. Her responsibilities also include liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all documentation and financial details are processed efficiently and in line with contractual requirements. With over 10 years of experience in an office environment, Zoe has developed strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Her attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously allow her to support both the client and internal teams effectively

KATE FOGARTY

Helpdesk Administrator

Kate has extensive experience across various business sectors, including 20 years with a London-based insurance company, where she honed her attention to detail and administrative expertise. With a strong background in general administration and office management, she plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Inbox and supporting the Helpdesk. Her responsibilities include logging all jobs, such as reactive tasks, quote requests, and quote approvals, to maintain efficient workflow and service delivery.

KATIE ROUSE

Accounting Assistant

Katie has extensive experience working in the construction industry, managing accounts payable tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring payments are made on time. She is proficient in Sage accounting software, with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records. Katie is a reliable team player with good communication skills and always aims for efficiency in her work.

CHARLOTTE CULLUM

Assistant PPM Planner

Charlotte is a PPM Planning Assistant, supporting the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) planning team by coordinating and scheduling maintenance tasks. She ensures planned works are efficiently organised, liaising with engineers, suppliers, and clients. With experience in administration and planning, she previously worked for a roofing company and as a Personal Assistant to Contracts Managers, gaining strong organisational and communication skills. Charlotte’s attention to detail and proactive approach help ensure smooth operations and timely project completion.

STUART BROWNE

Reactive Planner

Stuart is employed as a reactive planner and plays a vital part in the allocation of reactive and quoted works, managing the diaries of over 10 engineers throughout the South East. Stuart has progressed consistently throughout his career with Nserv, Stuarts sharp eye for detail and commitment for services ensures he is a key part in providing the necessary support for the wider team.

JAMIE BEARD

Reactive Planner

Jamie is an experienced Construction Planner with over five years of expertise in coordinating and managing construction projects. Specialising in emergency, reactive, and quoted plumbing and fabric jobs, Jamie ensures efficient scheduling and resource allocation to deliver high-quality service. With a strong ability to build and maintain relationships, Jamie works closely with clients, engineers, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution. A dedicated team player, Jamie thrives in fast-paced environments, collaborating effectively to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

SARAH-JAYNE LEE

Helpdesk Administrator

Sarah-Jayne oversees Nserv’s out-of-hours service, managing urgent client facility emergencies that require immediate resolution. Her primary goal is to ensure clients can operate smoothly and effectively, maintaining their brand reputation and high customer service standards during out-of-hours periods. With over seven years of experience in the construction industry, Sarah-Jayne’s expertise spans from recruiting for new build projects to providing FM account support for well-known hospitality brands. In addition to her out-of-hours role, she manages aspects of the accounting process for a key client and offers administrative support to colleagues across the business as needed.
